Mystères autrichiens explores the intimate and virtuosic solo and chamber repertoire of seventeenth-century composers who were active in Vienna and its area of influence. Let the music of Biber, Schmelzer, Bertali, Muffat and Froberger surprise you!

The Thirty Years’ War in Leipzig, Dresden and Magdeburg
Our last programme highlights the inventiveness of Saxon composers in the face of strife and austerity during the brutal Thirty Years’ War.
